Meet Our Team

Our team sees itself as one big happy family. We truly enjoy our work together and are excited to be a part of such a dynamic and special preschool community! All of the teachers at Tinker are licensed and meet our qualifications for being early childhood teachers in the state of California. Our classroom ratios are anywhere from 1:4- 1:6 (depending on age).

Teacher Jaxx

Jaxx has an immense love for outdoor activities. She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, backpacking and sharing these interests with our kids at Tinker. Her experience stems from years as a teacher in various Reggio Emilia inspired environments. Her specialty in teaching is play-based and project-based learning, positive reinforcements, and believing that anything is possible for her young students as she doesn’t like the word ‘no’.

Teacher Priscilla

When Priscilla is not teaching, she can be found engaging in one of her many interests! From going to the theatre as a self-proclaimed film buff to watching live rock and roll concerts, from creative writing in a quiet cafe to cheering on her favorite football and soccer teams! In the classroom, with 9 years of teaching under her belt, she enjoys taking the children on hikes and teaching in nature.
